How it runs: a fireworks evening on a private boat

Each summer, the Bay of Cannes hosts the fireworks festival (Festival d'art pyrotechnique): in 2026, six shows in July and August, most at 10 pm for about 25 minutes. Times are indicative, adjusted to the weather and your wishes.

  1. 7:30 pm · Leave the Old Port

The boat is reserved for your group only, up to 8 guests, with no other passengers aboard.

  2. Drinks or dinner at anchor

Drinks, appetizer platters or a meal at anchor, on request and paid for on board; see also the private sunset cruise.

  3. Around 10 pm · Fireworks from the water

The boat stays on the water for the whole show, with your skipper aboard.

  4. 11:30 pm · Back in port

Return to the Old Port late in the evening, at the time set in your quote.

How can a private boat serve your event?

A private shuttle on your schedule

Your skipper runs private transfers on a timetable you set, between the Old Port of Cannes, Port Canto and any harbor between Porquerolles and Menton. Add boat transfers from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport or a run from Cannes to Monaco by private boat.

A tender for yachts at anchor

For yacht captains and agencies, your skipper carries passengers to and from a yacht at anchor, in the Bay of Cannes or elsewhere on the coast, during the shows and all season. See also our partners page.

The boat at your disposal

For a half day (about 4 hours) or a full day (about 8 hours), the Axopar 38 Cross Top and its skipper stay available to your guests. If your event requires confidentiality, say so in your quote request.

Cannes Lions: getting guests to the yachts

During Cannes Lions (June 21–25, 2027), many brands host clients aboard yachts moored in Cannes or anchored in the bay; your skipper can carry guests between the quay and those yachts on your timetable.

What are the harbor access rules during events?

Each event sets its own rules for boats, and Sillages Riviera plans every transfer around them.

Cannes Film Festival

During the Festival, yachts moored in the Old Port of Cannes come under the Festival's Marina Pass system, at the Albert-Édouard jetty.

Cannes Yachting Festival and Régates Royales

During the CYF and the Régates Royales, Quai Saint-Pierre is not accessible, so boarding takes place at another quay or harbor named in your quote.

Monaco Grand Prix (F1) and Monaco Yacht Show

The Grand Prix is served tailor-made only: boat access to Port Hercule requires passes issued by the Automobile Club de Monaco. During the 2026 Monaco Yacht Show, the harbor was closed at night, then open only to boats with an organizer's badge.

Questions

Is the boat available for the 2027 Cannes Film Festival?

Yes. The 2027 Cannes Film Festival (Festival International du Film) runs from May 11 to 22, and the first Sillages Riviera trip is planned for May 11, the opening day. With one boat only, request your quote as soon as your dates are known.

Can we watch the Monaco Grand Prix from a boat?

Only as a tailor-made service: watching the race from the water requires a berth in Port Hercule, booked long in advance, and passes from the Automobile Club de Monaco. Sillages Riviera does not sell berths but can quote a transfer from Cannes.

Is there a water taxi to Monaco during the Grand Prix?

Yes, as a tailor-made private transfer from Cannes for your group only. During the Grand Prix (June 4–6, 2027), boat access to Port Hercule requires passes, so whether and where your group steps ashore is confirmed in your quote.

Can you invoice my company?

Yes. Give the company name and billing address in your quote request, and the invoice is made out to your company.

Do you work with event agencies, concierges and yacht captains?

Yes. The partners page explains how they can send us their requests.

Can you take us from Cannes to our Monaco Grand Prix hospitality or yacht package?

Only as a tailor-made service: Sillages Riviera can quote a private transfer from Cannes for your group, up to 8 guests. During the Grand Prix (June 4–6, 2027), boat access to Port Hercule requires passes from the Automobile Club de Monaco, so your quote confirms whether and where you step ashore. Sillages Riviera does not sell race tickets or packages.
